By accessing or using Linos PMO ("the Service"), provided by Linos Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linos PMO is an AI-powered enterprise project management and budget intelligence platform. The Service includes AOP planning, AFE approval workflows, budget tracking, ERP integrations, and an AI advisory module.

3. User Accounts

You must register with a valid email address and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) violate the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features

The AI Advisor module generates recommendations based on your program data. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for all decisions made using the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linos Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
